Breaking New Ground

In anticipation of working daily with middle school aged kids next year, I'm exploring the benefits of introducing and incorporating small pieces of mindfulness and positive intentional thinking into these classes.  I'm taking a number of courses to see if it's possible, beneficial, and even enjoyable to use commonly available methods (Skype, Coursera, other online meditation courses, online meditation communities) to see what resonates.  Let me know if you have any thoughts or comments...
